Job Description

If your next career goal is becoming an AV Lead working with award-winning media buyers and a cluster of high-profile Starcom clients this is the opportunity for you! As the AV Investment Director, you will be responsible for; 

  • Leading A High-Performing AV Team: You will take charge of a dynamic AV team consisting of an AV Associate Director, Managers, and Buyers. Driving them to deliver unparalleled campaigns across TV, Video, and Cinema mediums. Inspire creativity, foster innovation, and cultivate a collaborative environment that ensures best-in-class activity for your clients 
  • Unlocking Value through Negotiations and Data Insights; Leveraging your expert negotiation skills, you will collaborate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities that elevate the impact of AV campaigns for your clients.  You will lead by using cutting-edge technology and data insights to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with the audience and drive successful outcomes.
  • Strengthening Client Partnerships and Efficient Project Management; Build productive relationships with the planning teams and clients, you will understand their unique needs, and become a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project management to meet all deadlines and achieve campaign success.

Qualifications

You will be a fully-rounded and specialist AV media buyer/planner with up-to-date knowledge of market developments. You take great pride in delivering outstanding work across every campaign and supporting a team to do the same. 

  • Proficient in negotiation, advanced presentation, and communication skills.
  • Confident in implementational planning of TV, Video, and Cinema campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of BrandOcean/MediaExplorer, TechEdge, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the media auditing process and existing relationships with Ebiquity are advantageous.
  • Creative, open to new ideas, and willing to challenge briefs, while fostering strong teamwork across all levels.
