Position: Day Concierge

Location: County Hall SE1

Working Hours: 4on 4off 0700-1900

Salary:   £26,000 per annum

Contract: Maternity cover – FTC of 12 months

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury residential development located 3 mins walk from Waterloo station. This development consists of 600 residential apartments over 4 blocks. This position would be working within a team and is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

 

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
