Position: Estate Operative

Location: 375 Kensington High Street

Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday 0700 – 1600

Salary: £26,242

Contract: Permanent

Development Details: 

This role will be based at an exclusive development in the prestigious Kensington area, featuring 521 luxurious residences. Conveniently located just minutes away from Kensington Olympia train station. The development includes a state-of-the-art gym, a rejuvenating spa, a stylish residents’ lounge, and the added comfort of a 24-hour concierge and security services.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will: 

  • Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
    • Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
    • You’ll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
  • Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
  • Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
  • Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
