Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at our Ingham site, on a permanent full-time basis.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Crop Protection store and assisting the site manager to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and QA standards are met in line with legal requirements, Company COPs, regulations, and site-specific plans.

  • Knowledge of BASIS is desirable but not essential

Your Role Will Involve

As a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor your role will involve:

  • Delivering all company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety
  • Running the store to BASIS and Frontier policies and procedures
  • Assisting with developing and delivering risk assessments and safe working procedures
  • Assisting with delivering company targets on annual Health and Safety audit
  • Driving efficiencies and challenge the process to ensure that the store operates to best practice while maintain high levels of customer service
  • Organising order collation picking, wrapping and loading of orders on to vehicles
  • Using a computer-based stock ordering system to ensure accurate stock counts are kept at all times and remain compliant with store limits
  • Carrying out weekly and quarterly stock takes ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved in an efficient manner.
  • Developing, coordinating and delivering SLA in relation to Crop Protection deliveries
