Carrick is a large 5-bedroom bungalow located in the quiet village of Playing Place a few miles south of Truro and close to the popular maritime town of Falmouth. At Carrick we don’t just provide care for the people we support, we help them to achieve their goals and aspirations while living their best lives. We’re looking for new work-family members to help the individuals we support fulfil their dreams and help them thrive in all they want to do. The individuals we support enjoy many activities such as visiting the Pendennis Castle and going for walks around Glendurgan Garden. We love visiting Gyllyngvase Beach and grabbing and ice cream to enjoy!

As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You’ll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
