P3 is looking for a motivated compassionate individual to help us change lives for people experiencing homelessness. We are looking to recruit a Support Worker who will help people who may be experiencing homelessness, drug/alcohol misuse, mental health issues, or a history of offending behaviour.
The successful candidate will work with people we support to help empower them to be independent and provide practical and emotional support. You will be responsible for devising support plans and risk assessments. You will be based in our hostel, required to sleep in, but must also be able to travel around the region to deliver support to people in the community. There may be times when you will need to be flexible to provide cover, sometimes at short notice.
