An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers.
If you are self-motivated and passionate about helping others, then this role is for you!
As a Support Worker you will be working in our accommodation-based service providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness and using our internal IT systems to maintain accurate and up to date records. Acting as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals to develop skills for independent living, you'll work closely with our partners across the city to take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
You must have a can do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box, making decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
