We require a Support Worker to join the team in our young person's accommodation based service. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and previous experience of offering housing related support to help young people maintain their existing tenancy. You will have a strong people focus and a thorough understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable young people.
This role includes working within our young people and family accommodation; where you will be supporting young parents to maintain a safe home for their children and holding activities within the service.
The successful candidate will be provided with full training but must be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable and non-judgemental. You will also need to have the ability to make on the spot decisions and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.
