Assistant Soft Services Manager
Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday – Friday role, however flexibility will be required and may very occasionally require out of hours working.

You will oversee the following service lines:
  • Cleaning
  • Front of house / reception
  • Security
  • Mailroom
  • Portage
  • Logistics
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following; 
  • To manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
  • Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements.
  • To be responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
  • Manage budget and deliver value for money.
  • Follow company guidance on sustainability and best practice.
  • Troubleshooting any onsite problems 
  • Dealing with client requests as they come through 
  • Overseeing the day to day management of the building & its functions 
  • Making sure that all HR duties are completed 
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders 
About you:
  • Proven experience in Soft Services Facilities Management
  • Ability to work within and also develop strong and concise SOP’s and processes.
  • Experience in people management, leading a team to deliver result
  • Experience with events management and/or operational management ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to deliver results
  • Be able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • IT literate
