Join us as the Service Marketing Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in project managing, developing, and implementing marketing and communications for our key services. Your efforts will support each customer's journey with compassion, promoting our services and establishing us as the leading provider of choice.

This post is full time working Monday to Friday for 36.25 hours per week. Consideration will be given to those seeking part time hours. This post is fixed term for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.

What you will be doing:

  • Project manage, develop, and implement marketing activities and campaigns for priority services, including Care Homes, Jewish Listening Line, Retirement Living, and Jami (mental health services).
  • Work with marketing colleagues to promote awareness  and increase engagement with Jami's mental health services, implementing impactful campaigns following its integration into Jewish Care on April 1, 2024.
  • Provide marketing consultation and support to all Jewish Care's services, advising and assisting them in achieving their objectives.
  • Develop and implement engaging, supportive communications across all channels to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure service marketing compliance with regulatory bodies such as Care Quality Commission (CQC), Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO), and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
  • Maintaining accessibility across all marketing and websites. 
  • Conduct competitor reviews and mystery shopping for key services as identified by the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, informative communications to support the admissions process and customer journey for those interested in living with us.

What you will need:

  • Experience overseeing and leading printed and digital advertising campaigns (E)
  • Experience working with health and social care services (E)
  • Experience in creating and implementing marketing plans in a not-for-profit, public sector, or commercial environment (E)
  • Experience of producing compliant marketing materials (E)
  • Experience in creating accessible communications (E)
  • Knowledge of how health and social care services are regulated by CQC (E)
  • Knowledge of accessible practices and minimisng disability (E)
  • Knowledge of best practices in accessible communications (E)
