JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and analyze daily sales performance to improve the business results and maximize profitability.
  • Motivate teams to achieve sales target, and other KPIs.
  • Understand and analyze local market competitors, market trend and general situation which impact business over short and long term.
  • Identify talent in the team, prepare and implement development plan and succession plans.
  • Lead stores to reach sales target and other KPIs
  • Liaise with partners on new store opening, renovation, relocation, and pop-up projects
  • Ensure the high standard of customer service stand to ensure excellent client experience

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury brands; managing multiple stores with multiple manager level direct reports.
  • Professional, proactive, open to listening to different points of view to reach consensus and agreement.
  • Fluent in oral & written English, and Mandarin.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and positive working attitude, attentive to details.
  • Some domestic travel is required.
  • Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the retail team
