Job Description

Delivery takes projects from planning to delivery – on time, on budget, and on brief. Delivery is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.

Role Summary

Being a good Project Manager requires a diverse mix of skills and experience. To be effective you need to be more than just organised and a good communicator. You’ll need to be able to prioritise, keep calm and focused, be able to delegate, not assume too much, be approachable, and have a passion for Digital. You’ll want to know how things work and you are always on the look-out for new tools, improvements and ways of doing things. And all of this while maintaining your sense of humour!

Stellantis is the umbrella company for some of the biggest names in automotive, including Fiat, Vauxhall and Abarth. The Stellantis team deliver a range of digital assets across CRM, social, web and digital media. The SPM works closely with their account management counterpart to take client briefs and traffic these through various internal and external disciplines. In delivery, the SPM is responsible for tracking briefs through creative teams, production hubs, and technical developers to deliver assets across their portfolio of brands, leading the way for the delivery team.


  • Define responsibilities, set direction and allocate tasks within the project team.
  • Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
  • Create and own the plan, including estimation, tracking, updating.
  • Weekly reporting/recording for company (including resource forecast).
  • Develop Statements of Work (SoWs) leveraging experience of key discipline leads.
  • Actively manage project change.
  • Working with Client Services team, contribute to business development efforts through project scoping, estimating, and inputting into proposals.
  • Monitor interactions between your team and the client and follow up to demonstrate strong client management.
  • Ask questions that push, challenge, and stretch your clients and colleagues to foster creativity, or better our service.
  • Motivate others in your project to come up with new ideas and initiatives.
  • Develop and support your project team so that all members perform well.
  • Help your team set individual goals which build towards the wider team or project goals.
  • Identify and tackle poor performance or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Escalate issues to senior staff when appropriate.


    • Experience managing marketing, creative or technology projects.
    • Experience in working across asset/transcreation with multiple markets.
    • Experience in leading digital transformation projects across multiple web platforms, and can lead and educate a team on all things digital.
    • Experience in managing web operation tasks in Jira across multiple brands so good working knowledge and familiarity with Jira is a must.
    • Experience developing project approaches and plans using PRINCE2 and/or Agile project methodologies.
    • Love process and continually look to improve it – enforcing documentation and setting best in practice standards.
    • Strong meeting facilitation skills and excellent client facing communications skills.
    • Ability to turn requirements into a viable project plan and marshal resources required to deliver.
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Will have an eye for Data and reporting.
    • Experience working with offshore development teams.
    • Act as point of escalation for all things development and digital.
