We have an exciting opportunity available to become a Senior Partnership Manager at Oviva. This is a full time role.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercially-minded Partnerships Manager to drive sales success by fostering strong relationships with key customers within the health sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing contracts, developing business cases and proposals, driving revenue-generating opportunities and staying informed about market dynamics and NHS policies to inform Oviva's commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key NHS customers to drive sales success.
  •  Manage existing NHS contracts, including relationship building with commissioners and other stakeholders, in collaboration with Account Management and Clinical teams.
  • Develop compelling business cases and proposals to secure new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  •  Gain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and NHS policies impacting Oviva's strategy, and take ownership of specific Oviva treatment programs, including strategy, pricing, and growth.
  •  Own and manage a territory and the customers and opportunities within it, through strategic and tactical planning.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM system to track all contacts, leads, opportunities, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on key activities, including campaign planning, collaboration with key opinion leaders, driving outreach campaigns and generating new opportunities.
  •  Actively manage meaningful opportunities by delivering compelling sales calls and building impactful business cases.
  •  Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service leads to contract extensions and renewals.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators associated with revenue growth and opportunity development
What are we looking for you to bring?
  • Proven track record of success in sales and partnerships management, preferably within
    the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, policies, and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
    relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a wider team in a dynamic and
    agile environment.
  • strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
