We are looking for a Reports Analyst to join our Customer Service Reports and Workforce Team. As a key member of our team, your goal is to architect effective, accurate and efficient solutions that serve the Cambridge International team with essential and value-adding information, data, and reports. This role requires collaboration with requestors from Cambridge International to streamline, and where possible automate reporting processes, provide insight, recommendation to aid data-driven decision-making and the identification of opportunities to improve.
