Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify integration requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Boomi processes, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Proactively monitor integrations, diagnose incidents, and implement fixes to maintain system performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs, technical specifications, and support procedures.
  • Stay abreast of Boomi platform updates, industry best practices, and trends to enhance integration processes.
  • Audit and re-engineer integrations for optimal performance and manage Boomi updates release.
  • Offer technical support during integration projects and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in collaboration with IT infrastructure and security teams.
  • Engage in regular meetings and knowledge sharing to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Has proven experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform for integration design and development.
  • Is proficient in Boomi development, including connectors, transformations, process orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Understands integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and other data formats and protocols.
  • Has experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AX2012), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and databases.
