As a Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor,, you’ll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! We set high standards for ourselves to surprise and delight our guests, so you’ll need to manage the M&E operation with a passion to deliver excellent customer care. 

If you’re our ideal M&E Operations Supervisor, you will: 

  • Be yourself!  
  • Be a vibrant host for customers and an expert in recognising their needs- customer retention is a crucial part of this role!
  • Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task. 
  • Keep the details in mind- you’ll take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained 
  • Have great communication skills- it’s important to establish relationships with organisers, and other departments within the hotel!
  • Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events 
  • Be confident leading Conferences, Events, Parties and Dinners to a 4 star standard
  • Take pride in ensuring Meetings & Events rooms are set to our Royal standards!
