We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team at Serpentine Bar & Kitchen
The terrace with the best views in London whatever the season – looking out onto the glorious expanse of the Serpentine Lake at Hyde Park. Serving breakfast, salads, hot food including wood-fired pizza, fish & chips and burgers.
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

About the Manager role:

To supervise, manage and motivate the team

To make sure that the operation runs smoothly

To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard

To continuously work towards improving sales and service

Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
