Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Member at the
Runnymede on Thames. The salary for this position is £28,000.00 per annum
based on 40 hours per week.
What will I be doing?
Carrying out regular maintenance and repair work on the hotel’s equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
Assisting with keeping preventative maintenance up to date to ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and are in good working order
Observing pool plant maintenance on a daily basis
To identify and report equipment faults to the Maintenance Manager
Communicate with our guests to resolve any maintenance issues they may have
What are we looking for?
Someone who has a good understanding of buildings and facilities
Previous experience of working in a similar environment with the ability to multi task in a busy department
The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
What skills do I need?
Relevant trade qualifications are desirable in either electrical (18th Edition Electrical course) or plumbing & heating, additional qualifications in Health & Safety and/or Pool Plant operations would be highly advantageous, but not essential as we you will receive training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including
weekends and banks holidays on a rotational basis.
