Our new Stratford Complex Needs service is looking for someone to provide intensive support to people facing multiple disadvantages, including homelessness and complex trauma.
As a Link Worker you will provide a comprehensive package of holistic and practical support to ensure that people continue to develop independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long term.
Working closely with your team and partner agencies, you will work with a trauma informed approach to create a person centered ‘wrap around’ package of support. You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work and think creatively, recognising an individual’s own needs, and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.
