Position: Head of Services

Location: Chelsea Barracks, London, SW1W 8BT

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. Required to work one weekend a month as per business demands, this day will be given back in Lieu.

Salary:  £55,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

This role will be based at the iconic Chelsea Barracks, an ultra-high-end prime residential development in Belgravia compromising of a collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses, set around seven garden squares. Resident’s amenities include a private residents club, state of the art spa and gym facilities, private cinema, billiards room, residents’ lounge, and business suites.

 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As the Head of Services at Rendall & Rittner: 

  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence at the estate with a core focus on soft services; managing housekeeping and landscaping contracts.
  • Constantly strive for continuous improvement, identifying areas of development in efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to and compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Have high level contractor management acumen, ensuring quality, compliance, value, and operational deliverance aligned with project timelines.
  • You will have demonstratable experience in supporting with onsite / CAPEX project, this includes supervising contractors, reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work etc.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any asset management opportunities to enhance site presentation and performance.
  • M&E daily/weekly checks – Mechanical, Electrical, Landscape Plant rooms, Tank rooms etc. and associated admin.
  • Management and production of work and purchase orders supporting the property team with budget management.
  • Responsibility for liaison with IT provider to ensure the Estate is maximising all IT efficiencies and potential solutions to deliver an outstanding IT experience.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information. Managing any issues or queries with utmost professionalism.
  • Foster collaboration with colleagues, leveraging expertise to drive performance improvement.
