Salary: Up to 80K Basic plus discretionary bonus
Shift hours: Permanent

- Optimizing sales, profitability, and guest service in the retail catering activities of the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
- Leading the daily operation and ensuring that everything and everyone is ready for unforgettable match days and concerts.
- Achieving clear, measurable results in close collaboration with the client and key stakeholders.
- Financial accountability for the P&L, budget management, and financial reporting. This includes maintaining constant control and insight into all operational and personnel costs.
- Guiding innovation projects and creating commercial understanding throughout the team.
- Effectively organizing the logistics processes in the stadium.
- Encouraging an optimal culture of hospitality and being responsible for safety and health while complying with HR legislation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager, preferably in retail catering or with a focus on sports and leisure activities.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to achieve clear, measurable results.
- Financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility.
- experience with logistics processes in a large operation
- Innovative mindset and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions based on data and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, charismatic, and creative.
- Experience in creating a culture of hospitality and promoting collaboration within teams.
- For this role, it is important that you have a good command of the Dutch language.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on the events calendar.
