The ideal candidate will:
- Operational/ Strategic Planning.
- Assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies and teaching strategies in the Curriculum Area.
- Contribute to the Curriculum Area and department’s development plan and its implementation.
- To plan and prepare courses and lessons.
- To contribute to the whole school’s planning activities.
- Have a genuine desire to help others.
- Be punctual and flexible.
- Be well-organised, adaptable and practical.
- Able to work under pressure, sometimes in stressful and challenging situations.
- Self-motivated and be able to use own initiative.
Who we are:
Cambian Home Tree School is an independent DfE-registered, co-educational day school which specialises in accommodating students who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. The school typically caters for up to 20 students aged between 12-18 years of age and each classroom features different learning environments for alternative ways of learning.
