Position: Estate Operative 

Location: The Heron 

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off – 0700 – 1900 

Salary: £27,642

Contract: Permanent

Development Details: 
 

This role will be based at a high-end development located in the heart of the City of London and within easy reach of several underground stations including Moorgate, Barbican and Liverpool Street. The Heron is a 36-floor tower with 285 residential apartments, this development benefits from several on-site amenities including a car park, stylish residents club lounge, a screening room and gym.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:  
 

  • Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team. 
  • Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. 
  • Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development. 
  • Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns. 
  • Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
