We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Conference, Weddings & Events Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

More about the role:
  • Manage confirmed bookings and coordinate the information over to the Operations Team
  • Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the sales office by defining, documenting and delivering a professional sales service

Who you are:
  • Used to handling a high volume of event enquiries and dealing with those in a timely manner
  • Pro-active approach
  • Flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries
  • Opera S&C experience is preferred but not essential
