New Look DC are recruiting for a Catering General Assistant
You will work within the catering team in providing a high level of food and customer service, ensuring an effective, speedy, and accurate catering service. Comply with current Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items ensuring all recipes and portion sizes are adhered to.
- Assist the Chef Supervisor/Chef Manager in the preparation of main meals and other hot items.
- Operate the cash till and ensure that all procedures are followed, and all transactions recorded.
- Participate in and support all company special events and fundraising activities relating to the catering operation.
- Ensure that all food prepared and served is labelled correctly.
- Prepare food in line with current Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
- Undertake cleaning duties as designated by the cleaning roster.
The working hours for this role are: Mon-Fri 12:00 -20:00
