About the role

Cambridgeshire County Council is looking for an asset review manager to lead the development and implementation of a property asset management strategy across the organisation.  

The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of £45,000, for someone of the right experience, with annual performance reviews. You will benefit from generous annual holidays, an excellent pension scheme, assistance with cost of relocation of up to £4,000 (subject to qualifying criteria), family friendly policies and plenty of opportunities for training and career progression. The role will offer the flexibility to have a balance between home working and our new offices in Alconbury.

About you

You should have degree level education in a relevant property related discipline, experience in the property industry, and ideally experience of estate management with an interest in emerging issues such as Net Zero.
