Accredited Checking Technician

Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour

 

The Accuracy Checking Technician role is an exciting and vital role within the dispensing unit in LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. Within this role, you will play an essential part in the dispensing unit’s process. You will be responsible for the final check/release of medicinal products prior to packing and dispatch to patients. As part of this role you will provide effective checking of medicinal items, checking of ancillary items and printing of delivery notes using the Navision computer system. This is a great opportunity for an ACT to progress their career in our non-patient facing clinical department. If you hold an accredited checking technician qualification with relevant experience, then this role is for you!

About You

To succeed in this role, you must hold an Accuracy Checking Technician qualification. As you will be responsible for the final check/release of dispensed medication, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is expected. Dispensary checking experience either in a high-volume hospital, retail or private pharmacy is desired.
