Then look no further as Portico is now hiring for a Welcome Host and Office Administrator that will be based in the Bradford offices of one of the big four auditors!

You will be part of a true family, working in a team of talented colleagues that will help you in your self-development and any goals that you might have. 

The role is diverse. No day is the same as you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything that happens around the front desk. From meet & greet to administration tasks, room bookings and liaising with Office Managers and contractors, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and acquire new ones.

The role also includes event coordination, floor hosting and providing office services such as post room duties.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-6pm from Monday-Friday
Salary: £26,250

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer & communication skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with different teams and most of all, a genuine passion for always delivering a 5-star service in this high-end corporate environment.
