We are looking for a dedicated and caring Speech and Language Therapist to join us at 2 of our learning disability residential services. This post is suitable for a newly qualified SLT, including graduates awaiting HCPC registration.
The homes are specialist residential services for individuals with a learning disability who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those we support, promoting independence and community integration. This role is a permanent position working 5 days a week.

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with:
- Placement experience OR a strong interest in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities
- A focus on person-centred support and planning
- An understanding of the importance of being a team player with a genuine desire to help others
- Good organisational skills
- A willingness to work flexibly in dynamic environments
- The ability to take direction from senior colleagues
