What would we like from our Retail Assistant?
Customer Service experience – This is our most important requirement. Our attitude towards customer service can vary greatly from other places. We require professional approach with a personal care towards our customers. The use of customers names and certain amount of communication (when possible) is required from the team members in order to provide mental break for our customers.
We are looking for people with energetic and talkative personalities who possess strong communicative skills.
Multitasking – you need to able to perform the working tasks while paying attention to customers. Ignoring customers or ignoring the task at hand for the sake of the other will not work.
Good organisation skills.
Reliable and able to work well within our team.
