We are recruiting for a Regional Support Services Manager to manage and lead our Homelessness and Mental Health Support Services. 

As a Regional Support Services Manager you will coordinate, develop and supervise the work of the teams across our mental health support services throughout Derbyshire, ensuring good practice in the support of people using our services. You will take overall responsibility for coordinating outcomes information and providing monthly operations reports to the Head of Support and Community Services. 

You will ensure that services are delivered in line with contract and funder requirements including monitoring KPIs and output targets, whilst maintaining positive relationships with funders. You will also develop and maintain a strategic awareness of the commissioning environment in the area.

We are looking for someone who will work in a way that promotes and drives forward the culture, values and ethos of the organisation, putting people first.
