Role Purpose: Accountable for ensuring new applications and ways of working are fit for purpose and properly Adopted and Embedded across the organisation. The role holder will liaise with internal customers and users, process owners, developers, data managers and other colleagues. 
Brief description of the role:
You will lead and manage and support the end-to-end promotion, adoption and use of a selection of Matrix’s applications/systems.  
You will work with countries before, during and after deployment to ensure that apps are working and being used as intended taking relevant action where this is not the case. 
The successful applicant will be an excellent influencer & communicator, able to work with countries and core team to ensure continued success of Matrix. 
Job Holders are typically responsible for (key accountabilities): 
  • the overall success of assigned applications/products – education, promotion, deployment, adoption and embedment in countries,
  • inspiring and influencing colleagues and users of apps/products to increase their propensity to adopt the apps properly,
  • managing all stakeholders, including core (process owners, developers, data analysts, org change) and country teams (D&T, finance, procurement, and operations),
  • collecting, analysing, and responding to end user feedback and evaluating ideas and opinions for improvements,
  • leading root cause analysis and solving problems which may arise,
  • influencing app/product strategy and vision inc definition of timelines and roadmaps 
  • demonstrating new ideas and features to stakeholders,
  • researching functionality of similar products to advance development of Matrix apps.

  • Expert in using latest tech inc MS Office.
  • Awareness of S/4 HANA and app delivery methods.
Track Record (Proven Skills) 
  • Previous experience as Account Manager/Product Manager.
  • Experience of transformation projects.
  • Cross functional work.
  • Ability to set and maintain high compliance and standards.
  • Ability to manage delivery of 3rd parties.
