Responsibilities: 

As a Marketing Executive at Calisen, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brands, products, and services across, including Calisen, Plug Me In and Advizzo. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement across various digital and traditional channels, from social media and email marketing to content delivery, events and much more.

Key Requirements:

• Support the Marketing and Communications department in undertaking administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the department’s activities and campaigns.

• Assist with external communications and promotional activities across our channels, including digital, social media, PR, email, events and partner channels.

• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images and written content for social media channels, websites, and other digital platforms, that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products and services.

• Support with the development and implementation of a social media plan that aligns with company goals and target audience.

• Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and analysing performance to optimize growth and engagement.

• Compiling and distributing departmental information, including reporting on campaigns and activities.

• Update website content to ensure it’s up to date and optimised for user experience, including uploading of blogs.

• Creating and managing email lists, segmenting audiences, and creating targeted email content and campaigns that speak to the needs of the audience.

• Support with the creation of an events and exhibition calendar and assist in organising events.

• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all design deliverables.

Person Specification:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience – we are replying on someone who can hit the ground running and make an active contribution to our deliverables.

• Dynamic, eager to learn, and able to work as part of an energetic and outgoing team

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• A-Level or equivalent

• A passion for social media and experience using LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

• Experience of working in an office and dealing with multiple stakeholders.

• A good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
