Location: Lochrin Quay – EH3

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 0800 – 1600

Salary:  £20,000 – £21,000

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

You will be based in an impressive build-to-rent development in Edinburgh, featuring 115 residential apartments. As the exclusive maintenance operative, your role will encompass addressing minor maintenance issues both internally and externally. Additionally, you will collaborate with the scheme manager to uphold the development to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • You’ll have experience in a similar role, and will have the ability to carry out basic plumbing, carpentry and handling the general wear and tear of a residential development.
  • You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • You’ll have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections.
  • You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
  • You’ll understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
  • Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
