Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Role Type: Permanent Role – Full Time hours available
Reporting to: Head Housekeeper
Salary/Hours: Based on a 40 hour contract £24,960.00 per annum.
We are looking
for a Housekeeping Supervisor to come and join our housekeeping team and help
to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and polish at The
Runnymede on Thames.
Role Responsibilities:
You’ll hold a key position within our
housekeeping team;
- Ensuring that all our guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned on a daily basis to the highest of standards.
- Reporting any maintenance issues and ensuring that health, safety & hygiene procedures are being followed at all times.
- Help to motivate and guide the Housekeeping team
- Ensure that the team are trained and developed to their full potential, meeting the guest needs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Our ideal
candidate must have previous housekeeping experience within a similar property
preferably at a supervisory level and enjoy being a “hands-on” member of the
team. - This role will involve
you working a mixture of shifts including weekends and banks holidays and is a
permanent full time contract based on 40 hours a week.
