We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. This role will support primarily with events and therefore hours will vary, the earliest start time will be 7am with the latest finish time of 2am.

Your key responsibilities may include:
- Leading and delivering a busy schedule of events to a high standard.
- Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
- Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
- Organising resources effectively and completing administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the site.
- Delivering any team training and refresher sessions to ensure staff feel confident within their roles.
- Producing weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
- Being a responsible key holder
Our ideal Hospitality Supervisor will:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
- Have experience of delivering events to a high standard.
- Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
- Team player and can-do attitude
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year
