Salary: £37,500

Shift hours: Permanent

You will be the forefront of the operational running of all the Food & Beverage aspects of approximately 25-30 events per week. The role involves working alongside the other Managers to manage and deliver these events with the support of a full time events team within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with the training, development and management of the hospitality team in your unit, supervising their performance daily. You will be expected to have strong communication skills and great time management skills to deliver customer service to the highest standard across all the events. Alongside your peer Managers your duties will include the food & beverage ordering, stocktaking, rota writing and booking of additional casual staff.

Minimum of 3 years as Events & Hospitality Manager
Excellent client management experiences, confident in building relationships and pitching new ideas to senior stakeholders
Team leadership, team synergy and motivation
Clear and confident decision making
Self motivation, initiative and high energy
Commercially focused with ability to measure impact and results.

Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
Demonstrates Compass values and recognition principles.
Understands and has knowledge of industry trends and direction; ability to learn and effectively utilise the Client’s tools.
Strong communicator that can confidently speak with all levels within the business, where necessary utilising negotiation and reasoning skills.
