About the Team & Role:


You would be joining the Migration team for Gloucestershire. We are a team who are committed to welcoming refugees who have been displaced and helping them to settle and integrate into their new lives within Gloucestershire. They will be required to work flexibly across a range of duties to support the delivery across the portfolio areas covered by the Migration Team and the Public Health and Communities Hub working closely with the Gloucestershire County Council colleagues, external partners, ICB/NHS and the District Councils.


Working flexibly across the migration schemes you implement programmes of work to achieve health and wellbeing outcomes based on local needs and assets, evidence of what works and good practice. You will join a supportive team with a commitment to professional development to enable you to make your own contribution to improving and protecting the health and wellbeing of residents of Gloucestershire.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders and working with multi-agency partners.
