MAINTAINING FUTURES

At Futures we’re committed to providing our customers with the best service possible on our mission to deliver ‘Great Places’, ‘Great Services’ and ‘Great Tomorrows’, to help achieve this we’re looking for two General Operatives to complete our awesome Grounds Maintenance Team?

You’ll be looking for variety as this is going to include the internal and external clearing of empty properties, general decorating and removal of ‘fly tipping’, so you’ll need that can do attitude of yours.

Your background in grounds maintenance or horticulture will be really valuable as this role will have you enjoying all weather types that the UK seasons bring us!

You’ll also need a full, clean driving licence.

A few Key points from our Role Profile

  • Ensure waste is managed in line with the business certified environmental system.
  • To be aware of and comply with, the relevant risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments.
  • Keep accurate vehicle, plant equipment and work programme records. 
  • Lead, support and provide training to a high level of competency for any seasonal general operatives and fulltime apprentices.
  • Undertake general maintenance activities to empty properties including internal and external clearances, general decorating and cleaning of dwellings.
