You will be joining an organisation that has treated 500,000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.

The Role

As the interface between the overall organization, management, business intelligence, and accounting, you will play a vital role in driving our financial planning to support decision-making and improve business performance. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, assist with the annual budgeting process, and provide financial projections.

  • Analyse financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Optimise and support the steering of our business through financial and non-financial KPIs.

  • Develop innovative solutions and processes to enable better tracking and performance management.

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop performance metrics and establish financial targets.

  • Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic plans by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.

What are we looking for you to bring

  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis or related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high proficiency in English.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.

  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS and GAAP.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
