The Role
As the interface between the overall organization, management, business intelligence, and accounting, you will play a vital role in driving our financial planning to support decision-making and improve business performance. In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, assist with the annual budgeting process, and provide financial projections.

Analyse financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Optimise and support the steering of our business through financial and non-financial KPIs.

Develop innovative solutions and processes to enable better tracking and performance management.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop performance metrics and establish financial targets.

Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic plans by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.
What are we looking for you to bring

Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis or related field.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high proficiency in English.

Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.

Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS and GAAP.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
