As a Fleet Compliance Coordinator, your role is pivotal to ensuring adherence to Operator Licenses and maintaining our fleet at its finest. Your commitment to excellence will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely coordination of all 6-week servicing schedules.
  • Ensuring punctual MOT submissions.
  • Keeping Maintenance Records (MROs) up-to-date.
  • Managing and fulfilling RBT bookings while providing essential data.
  • Generating MOT FTPR reports.
  • Maintaining electronic vehicle and trailer folders as directed.
  • Supporting the fleet maintenance coordinators as needed.
  • Utilising the maintenance management system for scheduling and issuing Work Orders/Purchase Orders.
  • Raising Fleet Purchase Orders when necessary.
  • Monthly reporting on Service Provider efficiencies, cost analysis, and maintenance-related issues.
  • Collaborating with the Transport Financial Analyst to monitor and report cost metrics by vehicle type, make, model, age, and mileage to enhance maintenance processes.
  • Previous fleet experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to interpret written instructions.
  • Comfortable with smartphone/handheld computer usage.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Holds a full, clean UK driving license and personal transportation.

While this role primarily encompasses Monday to Friday work, occasional weekend flexibility, mostly on Saturdays, will be essential.
