We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Apprentice to join our team within Vistry Services, at our office in Kings Hill, Kent. As our Finance Apprentice you will support the Treasury Manager and Senior Treasury Manager in the managing the Group’s daily banking operations.

More about the Finance Apprentice role…

  • Daily reconciliation of cashbook transactions
  • Processing payments on banking platforms
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing trade ledger payment runs
  • Processing cheques, including cancelling and re-issuing cheques where necessary
  • Reconciling bank statements and PDQ card transactions
  • Issuing daily net cash reports to management
  • Raising Sales ledger invoices
  • Regional support of cashbook transactions and bank reconciliations
  • Bank liaisons
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Help establish better processes within the Treasury Team including assisting with projects
  • To work with regional teams including finance and external legal teams to ensure all daily activities are carried out accurately and any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • To maintain productive relationships with counterparts within the Group’s core banks
  • To attend departmental meetings as required
