Are you a passionate fire safety expert with a desire to support a department growing in experience?

If so, Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service has a vacancy for a motivated and committed individual with strong experience and Level 4 competence in Fire Protection.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who will be pivotal to leading the delivery of our Fire Protection activity, whilst also leading, managing, and supporting the delivery of further improvements and developments to our activities and processes.

Through the delivery of our statutory responsibilities and the future development of our processes, we are keeping the people of Warwickshire safe now and into the future. To enable these changes, you will be a motivated and values-based leader, who has the passion to drive our Fire Protection department forward.

You will uphold the principles of the Core Code of Ethics as a minimum in relation to your personal values and ethics.

Key Requirements

As a minimum you will need to be qualified and competent to a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Fire Protection and be committed to completing the Level 5 Diploma in Fire Engineering, within an agreed timeframe, if you do not already hold the Level 5 qualification.

You are also required to complete and upload the Performance and Behaviours application.
