Data & Reporting Analyst – 12 month fixed term
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) – 3 days in office each
Annual salary + bonus and benefits

looking for an Analyst to set up and evolve reporting
capabilities and standards to provide invaluable insight to the Procurement
team and wider business that will help shape business decisions, buying
strategy, guide good buying practices and drive compliance. This is an opportunity
to be creative, build new reporting strictures and implement impactful change.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting
– Setting up new tableau reporting and assist in implementing new reporting requirements
– Enhancing and evolving supplier spend data analysis and reporting capabilities, using the data to provide insight into spend patterns
– Reporting on key KPIs and compliance from supplier and understanding the impact of the performance measures
– Assisting with modelling and more complex analysis of information for Budgets/Forecasts.

What we’d like you to bring:
– Advanced Excel capability and a good level of Tableau proficiency
– The ability to work with large amounts of data and to translate findings concisely
– A proven track record in an analytical role
– A good understanding of KPIs and commercial levers and they impact financial performance
– The ability to simplify complex analysis into easily understood language
