As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Cost or Senior Cost Manager in Bristol. You will be joining a supportive network as part of a national team, you can expect to receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development.
About You
In order to be considered for this role, you must:
- Have relevant experience within Cost Management in a consultancy environment
- Be proficient in managing projects across the built environment, conducting feasibility studies, detailed cost planning and have both pre and post contract experience.
- Have thorough understanding of the principal standard forms of Building Contracts including JCT and NEC3
- Have experience liaising directly with clients
- Have ability to control day to day programming and planning
- Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills, presentation skills at project level

- To have achieved Chartership
- To be undertaking regular CPD activities
- To have a strong track record of work and longevity within a previous role/s
