Job Purpose and Summary
The HR Specialist will be responsible to undertake all the cycle of the employee's journey, from the moment the candidate accepts the offer until their offboarding. Will also be responsible to undertake all hiring activities, from creating requisitions, advertising open roles, screening to interviewing candidates, closing hires and preparation of offers, welcome the new joiner, organize the induction, systems enrollment, benefits, preparation of salary certificates, L&D coordination, engagement activities, etc.

- Works closely with the business and Direct Operations to understand talent needs.
- Post job vacancies in the different career portals.
- Conduct screening interviews for all entities.
- Coordinate recruitment & selection activities.
- Initiate the onboarding process once the candidates accept the offers.
- Create and maintain employee’s files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Prepare and organize induction plans.
- Enrollment and administration of staff’ benefits: Life, medical insurance…
- Create employees in the different portals used by Canon.
- Coordinate with the PRO the cancelations, visa transfers for new joiners, leavers and existing employees.
- Support Comp & Ben specialist with monthly inputs for smooth payout in timely manner.
What we ask

3- 4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist in a Multinational Organization and hands-on experience as In-House Recruiter for Multinational Technology Companies.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Good knowledge of employment/ Labour laws of Qatar.

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems(e.g. PeopleSoft), Excel is essential.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Aptitude in problem-solving.

Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.

BSc/BA in Business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.

Available in Qatar on immediate basis.
