Chef Manager -Term Time Only – Bolsover

This Chef Manager role is based within a local school where you will be managing a team of six with turnover of approximately £1.5K per week
- Working in a team producing high volume, high-quality food
- Developing and supporting team members
- Adhere to H&S and F&H standards
- Stock taking and ordering of stock
- Catering for customers daily
- Liaising with the client
