As an Accounting Process Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Improving accounting driven business processes and functions, leveraging technical accounting and digital expertise;
- Monitoring the performance of automated processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement through best practices on process, data and technology including application of business controls;
- Collaborating with Finance end-users to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to optimize processes further as continuously improvement end ensure adoption;
- Playing a crucial role in the month end close process;
- Optimizing reporting tools;
- Participating in various projects.
What we ask
As a Accounting Process Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor or University level education in Business / Finance and/or Accounting.
- Proven experience with processes such as FP&A, R2R, O2C, PTP in complex environments
- The ability to make complicates matters simple
- Excellent skills in motivating and involving others
- A high proficiency of analytics and process development
- Great Insight in the latest trends and market developments related to Finance and Accounting
