Caterlink is the education sector catering specialist. For over 20 years, the Company has delivered fresh food solutions to pupils and staff at Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Colleges across the UK. The company caters more than 1,000,000 meals a week. Our “Fresh Food Policy” is the foundation of our success and growth in the market coupled with a desire to truly deliver on the promises we make to our clients and support our site-based teams.
We are looking for an organised Catering Manager who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food by ensuring the highest quality items are served on a daily basis whilst ensuring the visual and creative side of presenting food is to the highest possible standard. We serve thousands of meals every day across the UK and want this exceptional service to our schools and colleges to continue.
Wage – £27,500 per annum.
We therefore need you to be well presented, organised and possess great communication skills and have a genuine passion for what you do. We really want you to demonstrate a real passion for food and service, having worked in a similar environment at a similar level. The role will be hands on, working with your team and having sound health and safety and food safety knowledge as well as a good understanding of GP calculations and IT literacy skills will massively help you be successful in the role.
Some key attributes for the role will be the ability to look at your service from a consumer point of view, ensuring it is appealing and well presented. We want you to take pride in every service as we look to not only deliver food to our next generation, but make your service the gold standard for surrounding catering schools.
