Category Manager, Food & Beverage
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
Annual salary + bonus and benefits

looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Category Manager to be part of a
brand new Procurement function within Warner Hotels. With responsibility for driving cost and value out of the supply base across Warner,
you will manage suppliers and contracts whilst providing sourcing support and
contributing to the Warner procurement strategy.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Leading and developing the F&B category, including developing and executing new opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the supply base
– Managing the commercial relationship with your suppliers
– Taking accountability for going to market, sourcing, procuring, negotiating, contracting and ongoing category management of all supplier spend in their categories
– Working with your stakeholders to help them determine scope and spec, you will then source and contract before handing the day to day back to the budget holder

What we’d like you to bring:
– Sourcing, contracting and food and beverage category management knowledge, preferably in Hotel management settings
– Excellent stakeholder management skills
– A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple different areas and many stakeholders
– Strong experience across the full procurement spectrum, with food and beverage experience
